One of the most famous and one of the most beautiful, Dunhinda fall, is located in Badulla District of Uva Province. Dunhinda Waterfall is sourced by the Badulu Oya, which flows through Badulla. It is also known as the "Wedding Fall" because of its spectacular appearance with hazy water drop spray, similar to a bridal veil. The waterfall rises to a height of 63 meters, and the surging water of stunning Dunhinda fall drops into a deep rock pool, making it an impressive sight to see. Swimming in this pool is not recommended due to its potential for injury. There is a simple observation platform located above the natural pool. It is an excellent place where you can safely enjoy the beauty of the waterfall.
